These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of this website (the “Site”), operated by Belay (“we”), based in the City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. By browsing the Site you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

1. Purpose of the Site

The Site is informational: it presents our custom software development services and lets you get in touch with us or subscribe to our updates. The Site is not an online store and does not allow services to be contracted automatically.

5. Contracting services

Any engagement of our software development services is not governed by this page, but by the specific proposal, quote or contract we agree with each client for each project. That document defines the scope, timelines, price, payments, ownership of the code, warranty and other particular conditions.

6. Links to third-party sites

The Site may include links to third-party pages we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices. Accessing those sites is at your own risk.

7. Availability

We aim for the Site to be available and to work correctly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may suspend, modify or discontinue the Site, in whole or in part, for maintenance or other reasons, without this giving rise to any right to compensation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Belay will not be liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site, nor for decisions made based on the information published there.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Argentina. For any dispute related to the Site, the parties submit to the ordinary courts of the City of Buenos Aires.
